"Made my skin feel really irritated"
I tried this and my skin started burning quickly after using it. I had to wash it off because it felt really uncomfortable. Has anyone else had the same reaction?

"Good products, but sustainability info is hard to find"
I like a few of the products, but the weird part is I couldn’t really find much clear info about their sustainability efforts or packaging choices. For a beauty/waxing store these days, I kind of expected more detail on that. It doesn’t make the store terrible or anything, but it did leave me feeling a little disappointed, like they could either be doing more or at least explaining it better.

"Ended up with a crushed, leaky box"
In the end, it was just really frustrating to pay for full products and have them show up like that. My order from Waxit Car Care arrived with the box half crushed and the seal already open. A couple of the items were loose inside and had leaked a bit too. I’m not sure if it was packed poorly or got damaged in the post, but either way it felt careless...

"Just didn’t feel super trustworthy to me"
I had a look at waxit.com.au and, i just didn’t feel totally comfortable with it. The site gave me a bit of an unsure vibe, and I couldn’t really find enough clear signs that it was a solid local business I’d feel good ordering from. Maybe other people had a much better experience, but personally, I wouldn’t buy from there. It just didn’t feel quite right to me.

i mean, I went in for a wax and the room just didn’t feel very clean to me. The tools and setup looked kind of rushed, and I felt uneasy the whole time. I wouldn’t go back unless they take hygiene a lot more seriously.

It looks decent enough and I liked the idea of it, but the quality felt cheap once I actually used it. It barely worked for me, so I can’t say I was too impressed overall.

Ordered from waxit.com.au. The invoice was wrong. A few items and prices didn’t match what I was actually charged, which was annoying because I needed it for my records.
I emailed them to fix it. Took longer than it should have. It wasn’t even a big order, so not sure how it got messed up. Probably won’t use them again if I need a proper invoice

I signed up for a trade account thinking it would make things easier and maybe save me a decent amount, but it just felt like a simple thing made harder than it needed to be. The discounts were small, and by the time I dealt with the extra steps, it didn’t feel worth the hassle. Kind of disappointing...

I’m not a verified buyer, so take this more as someone browsing with some experience around beauty supplies rather than a full purchase review. I was just checking out the site and looking through the waxing products to see what they had.
The selection seemed decent enough, and if you already know the exact item you want, it’s probably not a huge issue. But after clicking around for a while, I kept wishing the product pages had more details right there, like clearer specs, ingredients, and shipping info.
Prices also weren’t always that easy to compare, so shopping around felt more time-consuming than it needed to be. For someone newer to waxing gear, I think it could be a little frustrating. I’d probably give it 2 stars

"Not really worth the frustration"
The website kept glitching on me, and checkout was way more annoying than it needed to be 🙃. On top of that, the order updates were super slow. i don’t think I’d use it again.

"Confusing cruelty-free info"
I was ready to buy, but I couldn’t find any clear cruelty-free certification or real proof on the site. Maybe it was hidden somewhere, but the communication felt vague and a bit annoying. If they’re cruelty free, they should make that easy to confirm instead of making customers dig around for it.

"A bit disappointing this time"
I was planning to pick up a few waxing bits from Waxit, since my sister had mentioned checking them out, but the selection felt a little limited. A couple of the things I wanted were out of stock too, which was frustrating after spending time browsing. The site itself was easy enough to use, but it’s annoying when you add items and then realize you can’t actually get half of what you need. I might check back another time, but it wasn’t super helpful for me this time around.

I don’t know if it was just my experience, but customer service really didn’t help at all. I reached out expecting at least some guidance, and it felt like I was getting nowhere. Maybe others had better luck, but for me it was frustrating

"Confusing advice for what I needed"
I reached out asking which wax and heater would work best for my setup, and the advice I got was kind of all over the place. The temps and timing they gave me didn’t match what was on the product page, so I kept second-guessing myself. I ended up wasting a bunch of wax trying to make it work, which was frustrating because that stuff isn’t exactly cheap. It reminded me of trying to follow a recipe where the video says one thing and the written instructions say another, and somehow you’re the one standing there with a ruined pan. Anyway, I never really got a clear answer or fix, so it wasn’t a great experience for me...

Checkout was kind of a pain, honestly. I was hoping for a few more payment options, but it felt limited, so I ended up just bailing. Not ideal when you’re having one of those tight weeks and need a little flexibility.

"I don’t know, I just came away feeling..."
I don’t know, I just came away feeling let down by the training stuff. It seemed kind of basic in places, and when I actually needed help, it didn’t really explain things in a way that clicked. Some parts felt like they moved too fast, and I ended up having to search around elsewhere just to figure out what was going on. For what it costs, I really expected something more solid and useful. Maybe other people get more out of it, but for me it just wasn’t helpful.

I expected more from this training. It felt kind of rushed, and there just wasn’t enough hands-on practice for me to really get comfortable with it. When people asked questions, the answers were basic too, like they didn’t go much deeper... For the price, I just don’t feel like I learned enough to actually use it at work

"This just didn’t work well for my salon..."
This just didn’t work well for my salon. The setup felt clunky from the start, and every time I thought I had the booking flow figured out, it felt like the goalposts moved and there was another workaround needed. It didn’t really match how we handle appointments or day-to-day tasks, so it ended up being more frustrating than helpful. Maybe it works better for other salons, but we barely used it and started looking for something else

"Wrong items received"
I ended up getting the wrong stuff in my order, which was frustrating. I get that mistakes happen, and I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but it feels like someone should have double-checked before it was sent out.
